In Gaza today, thousands of displaced families struggle to secure even a single meal. Instead of providing temporary aid that disappears after a few days, Keep Food Going is building a long-term solution that supports families every single day — a small restaurant that feeds the community while creating new jobs for people who currently have no income at all.
This project is not just about food.
It is about dignity, employment, and sustainable help.
Keep Food Going isn’t just about providing temporary aid; it’s about creating a financial balance and self-sufficiency. By running this restaurant, we generate income through sales from wealthier customers. A portion of that income is then used to provide free meals for those in need. This approach helps address poverty and hunger sustainably, ensuring that the community can support itself without relying solely on external donations. This is true self-sufficiency and financial equilibrium, meaning that as the business grows, it continuously helps the needy and empowers the community.
Our Vision
To establish a self-sustaining restaurant that sells fresh fries and uses its income to provide 30% of all meals for free to displaced families, widows, children, and anyone who cannot afford food.
At the same time, the restaurant will hire seven workers — all of whom currently have zero income due to the ongoing crisis. By supporting this project, donors are not only feeding families, but also helping seven people regain their livelihood, support their own families, and recover their dignity.

Why We Need Your Support
We already have a small place ready, but it is damaged and empty. To transform it into a functioning restaurant that can feed hundreds weekly and employ several income-less workers, we urgently need:

These funds will cover:
1- Renovation & Repairs (includes filling and sealing a large hole in the wall)
2- Small Electricity system (Solar Panels)
3- Repainting the entire place
4- Installing a door (the building currently has none)
5- Essential Equipment Deep oil fryer (main machine for the fresh fries)
6- Cooking tools and food preparation equipment
7- Large quantities of potatoes and cooking oil
8- Supplies needed to operate for the first weeks
9- Furniture & Setup (chairs & Tables)
10- Electrical bike for food delivery
11- Basic serving materials
12- Necessary electrical or structural fixes
This investment helps us open the doors, start cooking, and begin providing both meals and jobs from day one.

Right now, many skilled and hardworking people in Gaza have lost everything — their homes, their jobs, their income.
This project will immediately hire seven individuals who currently have no source of income.
